So cut to the chase... back in the mid to late 80’s I was in a band called The Nightcrawlers with Andrew J Wilson amongst others. Gigged a lot (by my standards) and recorded one album - that for reasons lost to time has never been released. We recorded it as live - inspired by probably our biggest influence at the time Hüsker Dü.
I always thought there were some great songs on the album written by Andrew so I decided to re-record a couple of them this week. Over from Japan for the weekend in 1987ish Moray Crawford learnt the songs - played a gig with us on the Friday and recorded the album with us on the Saturday.
So coming full circle. Graham oversaw the recording of that album and produced and plays here of course and Morays nephew and Trailer Trash Express tub thumper Calum drums here on Slow Death Eddie.
